CALM has commissioned public and third sector research specialists Public Knowledge to carry out the Year of the Male’s Audit of Modern Masculinity. The audit will explore areas of life where men feel pressure to live up to unrealistic ideals in a bid to understand more about the root causes of male suicide.

On Sunday 24th March, a team of well-known graffiti artists will paint a powerful message across three billboards at Old Street to highlight the three young male suicides that occur on average every day in the UK.1 The work will be displayed for 36 hours before being auctioned in aid of CALM, the campaign against living miserably, dedicated to preventing male suicide.
